A 6-Week continuation of our journey together

In our first 6-week exploration we began the work of recognizing and welcoming the shadow, with the deepening of this exploration we will explore the question: How do we live differently now?

Over these next six-weeks we will explore what it means to move beyond insight into a life of greater consciousness, authenticity, and meaning. We explore how the psyche continues to call us beyond our old identities and toward a life that feels increasingly our own.

Rather than seeking certainty or self-improvement, we cultivate the capacity to live with greater presence, courage, and trust in the unfolding of our own psyche.
