What if the parts of you you’ve pushed away are not problems to solve— but thresholds into wholeness?
This six-week journey invites you into a gentle exploration of the shadow—the unseen, disowned, or misunderstood aspects of the psyche/Self.
Rather than fixing or analyzing, we practice allowing—creating space for what has been hidden to emerge, be met, and gradually integrated.
We will be using a variety of resources to provide a foundational understanding of the shadow. These resources will be provided after you have registered.
